Photos of Lena (my wife who is originally from Belarus) and I taken this summer (2002) in Russia and Belarus before we were married 7 months later on February 14, 2003 (Valentine's Day):

 (Lena received her fiance visa on January 17, 2003, and arrived to be with me in Los Angeles on January 24, 2003...  We were married on Valentine's Day, February 14, 2003, and now live in Los Angeles, California

Lena received her visa on January 17, 2003, and arrived in Los Angeles on January 24, 2003, and is adjusting well   :)     On the discussion forum, which is open to both men and women, Russian and Westerner, we address a variety of subjects from a variety of perspectives....

I created this discussion group for the enjoyment of creating this kind of place where people interested in Russia, Russian culture, and Russian-Western relationships could gather and talk freely and comfortably about their ideas and experiences....  I wanted to find a comfortable, non-commercial, business/ advertising -free forum where people could meet and just talk about Russian-Western relationships, and whatever else was on their mind regarding Russia and all things Russian, in a friendly, open and flame-free atmosphere....

Because I wanted the best experience possible for the people in our group, I researched and then purchased the best and most feature-filled discussion board software that I could find, and installed it on my website. I really see the people in this discussion group as a supportive and interesting group of friends...
